Responsibilities
  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Ensure smooth online sales performance by managing day-to-day operations on Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Social Media & Funnel Marketing Support: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels to drive traffic and conversions for products.
  • Startup Operations Support: Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Finance & Bookkeeping Assistance: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records, reconcile transactions, and support basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across multiple operational areas to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Continuous Learning & Skill Adaptation: Rapidly learn new tools, processes, and strategies to support business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience Level: Minimum 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
