About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our Performance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing client campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Facebook, and Instagram.

The Paid Social Media Specialist will be responsible for building and managing campaigns, conducting daily checks, and optimizing performance. They will work closely with senior team members to develop strategies and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Key responsibilities include setting up paid social campaigns, managing and optimizing campaigns to meet specific KPIs, refreshing campaigns with new creative content, collaborating with designers to create ad designs, evaluating campaign performance, and generating reports that support data-informed decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta / Facebook Ads, with experience in other platforms a plus
  • Prior in-house experience in ecommerce
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns
  • Proactive problem-solving skills paired with effective project management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
