The role of Technical Support Expert is to provide high-quality post-sales technical support to customers. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to interpret policies and make business decisions under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Studies, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Additionally, the candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and meeting their needs and expectations.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to achieve business objectives.

Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of technology and software systems.

- Relevant certifications or training programs, such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.
