Job Title

Affiliate Marketing Specialist opportunity to drive growth and optimize campaigns for our e-commerce business.

As a performance-driven affiliate marketing expert, you will own strategy, execution, and optimization of Affiliate campaigns. Key responsibilities include launching, managing, and continuously optimizing performance campaigns emphasizing Affiliate networks and partner platforms.

Key qualifications include:

  • Developing commission structures to balance partner incentives in line with profitability goals and incremental revenue growth.
  • Analyzing partner performance using reporting tools to uncover insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with creative teams to ensure content is optimized for performance and aligned with seasonal product launches and promotions.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
  • Deep platform expertise across Affiliate networks and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel campaign reporting tools and performance analytics.
