Scaling Mobile User Growth

Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled performance-driven individual to lead user acquisition efforts for our mobile apps. As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for scaling mobile user growth through strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across paid channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging channels, ensuring our growth strategy remains competitive and effective

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app ads with significant budgets while achieving target KPIs
  • Proven ability to scale user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first environment
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, MixPanel, Google Analytics, and Singular
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution
  • Data-informed mindset and curiosity to test, learn, and iterate quickly
