Job Description

As a Digital Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive strong search outcomes for our clients. Your primary goal will be to increase organic visibility across key markets based on client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Succeed in delivering SEO programs for clients and internal accounts
  • Drive organic search growth outcomes and improve organic visibility across key markets based on client objectives
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to align SEO goals with content execution
  • Audit websites and recommend improvements for on-page SEO, technical SEO, and metadata
  • Monitor, report, and analyze SEO performance using various tools
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing with at least 4-5 years' experience
  • Passion for SEO, content strategy, and data-driven digital performance
  • Experience in advising how to win in AEO and LLM search
  • Proficiency in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
  • Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
