We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • This role combines technical marketing expertise with administrative efficiency to support and execute various digital marketing initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience with marketing automation tools, digital advertising platforms, and project management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels.
  • Monitor and manage social media presence across platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement.
  • Implement and manage automated email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach programs.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
  • Set up and maintain Google My Business listings.
  • Build and manage targeted audience lists across various marketing platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing automation and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency in website content management systems.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Go High Level platform.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Marketing automation certifications.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Background in B2B marketing.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

This position requires a unique combination of technical marketing knowledge and administrative expertise.
