Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage our marketing strategies, email campaigns, and customer data. This role is ideal for a highly organized and creative individual who can plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers
  • Design and implement workflows and automations in CRM software (Go High-Level)
  • Maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel spreadsheets
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement and retention
  • Assist with marketing-related tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed on time
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis
  • Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level, for workflow automation and data management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, social media, and content creation
