Job Overview

We are seeking an individual to assume the role of Executive Partner to the CEO, who will serve as a trusted advisor and right-hand in leading initiatives, stewarding culture, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the CEO's schedule, email, and priorities to maintain focus on high-impact activities.
  • Support thought leadership efforts through content research, industry analysis, and early drafting using a customer-centric model.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements and respond to inquiries via company website.
  • Serve as primary liaison to board members and shareholders by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Coordinate corporate planning sessions, both in-person and digital.
  • Drive special projects as needed.
  • Act as EOS Administrator; prepare agendas, summarize decisions, and action items, communicate reminders, and more.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute major company events, including Annual Kickoff, Mid-Year Town Hall, Quarterly State of the Company, and Annual Holiday Party.
  • Implement client appreciation initiatives that digitally deliver learning and connection.
  • Oversee the monthly CEO newsletter process and other company communications.
