Job Overview

This position encompasses the entire scope of property operations, encompassing leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities for assigned properties
  • Oversee leasing activities: market units, screen tenants, and prepare lease agreements
  • Utilize Yardi to manage tenant records, process payments, and generate reports
  • Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease compliance
  • Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services
  • Maintain communication with tenants to resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and track property performance metrics
  • Ensure properties are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in property management (residential or commercial)
  • Proficiency in Yardi software (Yardi Voyager, Breeze, or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing laws, and property regulations
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties or tasks
