Property Management Assistant

This role is a key part of our property management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

  • We are seeking a skilled Property Management Assistant to join our team and assist in managing day-to-day activities, including communicating with tenants, scheduling maintenance, and processing financial transactions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in using virtual tools and software, and have experience in property management or a related field.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Tenant Communication: Respond to tenant inquiries, address concerns, and provide assistance as needed.
  2. Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate with maintenance technicians, schedule repairs, and ensure timely completion.
  3. Financial Management: Manage rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and process invoices and payments.
  4. Marketing and Advertising: Develop strategies to attract new tenants and promote our properties.
  5. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in property management, rent collection, invoicing, and accounts management.
  • Marketing skills and knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing.
  • Tech-savviness with property management software and virtual tools.
