Business Development Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business development goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Identification and Qualification

  • Client Outreach and Engagement

    • Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.

    • Personalize communication to address client pain points and align with their needs.

  • Appointment Setting and Lead Conversion

    • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and yourself.

    • Ensure decision-makers are involved in meetings and provide meeting participants with key information about the prospect.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Key Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Desirable Qualifications
