You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing high volumes of customer interactions and communications.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize contact search and productivity tools to verify customer information
- Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to address customer objections effectively
- Document and track feedback and measurements through surveys, calls, and emails
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service
- Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals
- Experience in handling high-volume calling
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
