Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Development Professional to join our business expansion team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with some experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms to identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to set appointments for the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Research target markets and identify potential clients based on industry trends and market research.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing sales presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns and ensure effective communication.
  • Help manage client relationships and facilitate smooth hand-offs between teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Basic understanding of the sales funnel and B2B sales process.
