
Supporting Property Needs

This is a dynamic role where you will be the voice tenants rely on.
You will be the first line of communication and support, ensuring tenant needs are addressed quickly and professionally.
Main Responsibilities:- Answer incoming tenant calls and respond to inquiries about properties, accounts, and rental terms.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups on work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns.
- Accurately document all call details and ensure issues, complaints, and service requests are passed to the right team members.
- Maintain a helpful and reassuring tone to support positive tenant relationships.
We require an empathetic communicator who is warm, soft-spoken, and great at listening. They should be organized, able to stay on top of call documentation, and manage multiple tenant needs with accuracy.
Proactivity is also key as they take initiative to follow up with management and ensure issues are addressed without delay.
General work experience is required, but experience in call centers, reception, or property management support is a plus.
