Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our supply chain strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain plans to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage key divisions within the organization, ensuring seamless operations and effective resource allocation.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure optimal pricing, quality, and service.
  • Track supply chain performance using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, resource planning tools, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
