Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations professional to join our fast-growing consumer brand. This role will be critical in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between production timelines, capacity, and material flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow to optimize logistics efficiency.
  • Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight management, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to ensure timely product shipment.
  • Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across ERP, 3PL, and internal systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Operational, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations to mitigate risks and avoid penalties.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel, and other supply chain software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills to drive results.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders to streamline logistics operations.
  • Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability initiatives in production and shipping.

This role will report to the Director of Operations and play a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels, driving growth and profitability.
