We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records across key supply chain nodes, reconciling discrepancies on a daily basis.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to obtain ETAs, logistics documentation, and resolve exceptions; escalate delays before they impact operational activity.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department.
  • Develop and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with tools and best practices; self-drive professional development in analytics and supply-chain methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics OR equivalent analytical experience.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in procurement, supply-chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.

  • Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization.
  • Professional business English communication skills.
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up.
  • Effective process documentation.
