We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our growth initiatives in Southeast Asia. As a pivotal role at our organization, the Growth Lead will be responsible for developing and scaling innovative initiatives to attract top founders in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new opportunities with minimal constraints on format or scope.
  • Expand and improve existing initiatives post-launch.
  • Scale successful initiatives by iterating and building teams.
  • Discontinue underperforming initiatives with clear rationale.

The Growth Lead will manage a portfolio of initiatives, scouting for and co-founding startups, creating programs to match co-founders, and developing unique ideas that traditional venture capital firms might overlook but are valuable for founders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and scaling initiatives to attract top founders in Southeast Asia.
  2. Designing and implementing a scout program to identify and invest in startups.
  3. Enhancing our platform to become the premier place for co-founder matching in Southeast Asia.
  4. Proposing and developing own initiatives that traditional venture capital firms might overlook but are valuable for founders.

This strategic role reports directly to Hsu Ken and involves multiple levels of operation from strategy to daily tasks. Key skills required include strong communication, data-driven decision making, resourcefulness, self-direction, and comfort with ambiguity.
