Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in Southeast Asia, through direct sales and partnerships.

  • Identify and develop new business ventures for the organization
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and key accounts
  • Nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers in education and assessment
  • Develop market entry strategies tailored to each country's unique landscape
  • Ensure brand awareness and penetration in both public and private sectors
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
  • 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in education, EdTech, or certification sectors
  • Proven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development
  • Deep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English (C2 level); proficiency in any major Southeast Asian language is an asset
