About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Founder Growth Strategist to join our ranks. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your startup experience, strategic planning skills, and ability to execute with precision. Your primary responsibility will be to create, grow, and scale initiatives that drive founder engagement and ultimately contribute to the success of our portfolio companies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create Initiatives:

Design and develop innovative programs, products, or services that resonate with top founders in Southeast Asia.

  • Grow Initiatives:

Expand and refine existing initiatives to maximize their impact and reach a wider audience.

  • Scale Initiatives:

When successful, build high-performing teams to iterate and amplify the initiatives, driving sustained growth and results.

  • Kill Initiatives:

Discontinue underperforming initiatives with clear justification, focusing on maximizing the magnitude of success rather than probability.

You'll work closely with our leadership team to shape the strategic direction of our initiatives and ensure they align with our overall mission. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our portfolio companies and the ecosystem as a whole.

Requirements
  1. Startup Experience: Proven track record of working at or founding early-stage startups.
  2. Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans that drive growth and results.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and measure progress.
  5. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
