Job Description:

As a senior account manager, you will be responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers. Your primary objective will be to develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers.

You will act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers. This will involve developing sector and market expertise and taking a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers' business drivers and requirements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the product department. You will also represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and maximize revenues on assigned customers
  • Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Act as main point of contact within the organization for customers
  • Develop sector and market expertise
  • Monitor client feedback and forward business needs to the product department
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous B2B iGaming experience is a must, ideally as an Account Manager or Casino Manager
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Ideally based in the UK or Gibraltar
  • Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it
  • A problem solver proactive approach
  • Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
