Key Responsibilities:- Vetting and qualifying inbound leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Developing and executing plans to source new business opportunities, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Conducting in-depth research on potential clients to identify key decision-makers and tailor our approach accordingly.
- Generating qualified leads that meet our CRM system's standards.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly lead quotas.
- Navigating complex conversations to understand client needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams to inform solution positioning and marketing communications.
- Effective communication: quickly building rapport with prospects and conveying product value.
- Technical selling: using relevant terminology to connect with prospects' needs.
- Objection handling: addressing concerns in real-time.
- Pipeline hygiene: ensuring consistent progress towards sales milestones.
- Time management: prioritizing tasks to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Email customization: tailoring messages at a company, role, and personal level.
- Qualification frameworks: understanding BANT/MEDD(P)ICC and other qualification methodologies.
