Education Leadership Role

The Assistant School Principal position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless school operations, working remotely to lead the implementation and improvement of core processes.

  • Core Process Leadership: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the launch and execution of all core processes, including launching and executing the school year. They will also update and improve core process documentation to reflect current practices.
  • Instructional Leadership Support: The Assistant School Principal will assist the Principal in providing instructional leadership, including preparation for department meetings by identifying issues and formulating meeting agendas. They will support curriculum planning, review, and implementation.
  • Supervision & Staff Coordination: The role involves supervising completion of teacher and staff responsibilities in accordance with school policies. The candidate will also provide disciplinary follow-up and ensure faculty adherence to expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or higher, with a concentration in Educational Administration.
  • Minimum of ten years of successful teaching experience.
  • Minimum of five years in school leadership (e.g., department head, coach, or assistant principal).
  • Proven ability to adapt processes and strategies to evolving school needs and priorities.
  • Strong technological proficiency, especially with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficient in updating and maintaining detailed process documentation.
  • Knowledgeable in curriculum planning, review, and implementation.
