The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include handling purchase orders, managing data, and performing various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:- Process standard purchase orders via multiple channels into the SAP order entry system for shipment and invoicing.
- Manage data, archiving, and updating of purchase orders, emails, and customer information.
- Coordinate the recognition, sorting, recording, and distribution of purchase orders.
- Execute and troubleshoot Supply Chain transactions using SAP and other tools to perform daily activities.
- Oversee Inventory Sharing within regions.
- Handle urgent overnight deliveries, returns, and replacements.
- Manage Backorder/Backlog activities such as demand matching, checking inventory, and allocating stocks.
- Ensure orders are received at warehouses for next-day delivery.
- Drive revenue recognition within assigned hospitals and customer orders.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience or a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proficiency in SAP R/3, MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), and SharePoint.
