About the Role

As a Collections Representative, you will play a crucial part in our customer service team, focusing on resolving overdue account issues while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for ensuring seamless interactions between customers and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting customers via phone to discuss payment arrangements and negotiate settlements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and updating customer accounts accordingly.
  • Fostering effective communication and professionalism when interacting with debtors.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Meeting daily and monthly performance targets related to collections and call quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections or a similar contact center role.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices.
