
Financial Operations Administrator

This is a hands-on accounts role designed to support daily finance operations while the organization migrates its ERP platform.
The role provides essential support to keep invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processes up to date.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central in an accounts role.
- Strong understanding of core accounting processes including invoicing, credit notes, bank reconciliations, and payments.
- Intermediate accounting knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Candidates should have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations. Collaborative mindset and ability to work remotely with daily communication across the finance and sales teams are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for daily finance operations
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, reconciliations, and payments
- Assist in implementing and maintaining financial systems and processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central experience
