A key member of our finance and administration team, the Financial Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, reconciliations, and other related tasks.
  • Process and manage supplier invoices, ensure timely payment, and follow up with suppliers for outstanding accounts.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Diploma or higher) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping and financial operations.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
