Responsibilities - First Year- Incubate Brands: Participate in the initial stages of brand creation
- Market Research: Conduct initial product and market research, collaborating with the brand team
- Define Brand Identity: Shape and define the brand's identity and strategy
- Launch Support: Assist in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry
- Growth Contribution: Contribute to the growth and expansion of the brand
- Product Expansion: Aid in the expansion of the product range to meet market demands and trends
- Platform and Market Expansion: Expand the brand's presence to more platforms and markets
- Marketing Channel Growth: Broaden the reach through various marketing channels
After completing their first year, you will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:
- Brand Incubation Team: Focus on launching new brands, applying learned experience in brand creation and market introduction
- Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities that contribute to the growth and expansion of established brands
As a management trainee, your journey will encompass brand development, online and offline expansion, and international growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the brand team to drive business results and create a lasting impact.
