As a Business Expansion Professional, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base in Canada and Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

This is a 100% remote position ideal for someone who excels in making calls, closing deals, and following up with intensity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will identify and contact prospects via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn to qualify them as potential clients.
  • You will book and attend Zoom meetings with business leaders to showcase our HR services.
  • You will deliver confident, high-impact presentations of our HR services to close deals and increase revenue.
  • You will manage CRM records, pipeline status, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • You will meet weekly KPIs and revenue goals to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the HR industry.
  • You must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You should have a strong sales discipline and follow-up mentality to hit targets and achieve revenue goals.
  • You must be a self-starter with experience working remotely and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with recruitment, assessments, or outsourcing.
