Infrastructure Strategy Manager

As a key member of the data center operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Infrastructure Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art data center infrastructure to support business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the IT team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  3. Technology Assessment: Identify and assess new technologies relevant to data center operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for innovative IT solutions, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  5. Collaboration: Engage with technology vendors to stay informed about the latest products and services, leveraging partnerships to drive business success.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Implement a continuous improvement framework for existing systems and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge & Skills:

  1. Data Center Operations: In-depth knowledge of data center operations, including infrastructure management, cooling systems, power distribution, and capacity planning.

  2. Cybersecurity Practices: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat assessment, risk management, and compliance with industry regulations.

  3. Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with the latest technological trends and innovations, particularly in cloud computing, AI, and automation.

  4. Vendor and Partner Management: Proficiency in managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners, leveraging partnerships to drive business success.

  5. Strategic IT Planning: Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives, driving growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  2. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management roles, preferably within a data center environment.

  3. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

  4. Training in data center management, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies is advantageous.
