Seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to lead our infrastructure projects and drive operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end engineering function, including planning, design, review, and technical quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure design, with expertise in engineering codes and standards, as well as experience working on retail, commercial, EV charging stations, or small infrastructure projects. They will also possess analytical skills for design troubleshooting and risk identification, as well as leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and technical review of infrastructure projects;
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of engineering designs, technical drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs);
  • Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with relevant regulatory standards;
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Construction, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering components;

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering;
  • Master's Degree in Engineering Management or related field (preferred but not required);
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC Registered);
  • COSH/BOSH certification (preferred but not required);
  • Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in fuel and major construction projects;
