About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Director of Infrastructure & Digital Experience who will lead our Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Network, and Voice (Genesys Cloud) operations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless user experiences, high availability, and operational excellence across enterprise IT infrastructure.

If you are a strategic leader with proven expertise in driving network modernization, cloud transformation, and voice platform optimization, we want you to lead our team in delivering secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for infrastructure services aligned with business goals and digital transformation.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
  • Oversee the strategy, implementation, and support of Genesys Cloud voice platforms.
  • Manage and modernize enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) with a focus on security, resilience, and uptime.
  • Partner with global and regional IT leaders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
  • Direct day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring, incident management, change management, and capacity planning.
  • Ensure IT services meet or exceed SLAs, compliance standards, and business continuity plans.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of IT assets, endpoint security, patching, and configuration standards.
  • Drive user productivity initiatives through device standardization, automation, and self-service tools.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional infrastructure and IT support teams.
  • Act as the escalation point for high-impact incidents and operational issues.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (relevant experience may substitute).
  • 15+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and cloud-based desktop services
  • Genesys Cloud voice platforms
  • Network architecture and enterprise operations
  • IT operations frameworks (ITIL, ServiceNow, monitoring tools)
  • Strong track record in leading IT teams in high-availability, customer-facing environments (BPO, Telco, or large enterprise preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Genesys, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
