Job Title: Quality Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our internal and customer deliverables meet exceptional quality standards through automation tools and testing frameworks.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain automated tests, architect, design, and develop automated solutions to expand test coverage for web applications, proprietary projects, and internal tools.

You will have the opportunity to work on real-world challenges, bring fresh ideas to the table, and be a part of our growing team. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively, making every day different and exciting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with QA, Support, and Engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain automated tests.
  • Develop and manage test cases and test execution, identifying and documenting defects.
  • Perform manual testing as needed and troubleshoot UI, application, or backend issues.
  • Design automation deliverables that are user-friendly and easy to use.
