Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a remote position where you will be working as part of our growing team to develop and manage marketing campaigns using software.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will set up and configure software according to business requirements, customize settings to align with business processes and goals, and ensure seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.

  • Software Setup: Set up and configure software according to company requirements; customize settings to align with business processes and goals; ensure seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within software and implement automated workflows; create and manage automated campaigns, including email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences; optimize automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Lead Management: Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels in software; set up lead follow up pipelines; configure lead scoring and segmentation; implement lead nurturing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage marketing campaigns using software; set up and track email, SMS, and social media campaigns; analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Client Communication: Configure communication channels within software (email, SMS, chat); set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders; ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in software; monitor key metrics and KPIs; provide regular updates and reports to management.
