Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Data & Automation Specialist. As a key member of the organization, this person will be responsible for collecting and analyzing productivity and performance data across departments.

The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including advanced formulas, automation, and cross-sheet integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, with the ability to write and maintain scripts.
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, or equivalent) and data pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar).

Additional skills include an understanding of cloud platforms, data pipelines, and security best practices. A Six Sigma or similar process improvement background is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

The Data & Automation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Translating stakeholder needs into working prototypes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Creating and delivering reporting packs (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, YTD) for managers, directors, and executives.
  • Partnering with teams across operations, recruiting, HR, coaching, marketing, sales, and finance to build flexible, self-serve tools.
  • Collecting and analyzing productivity and performance data across departments.
  • Proactively surfacing red flags, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement before leadership asks.
  • Building and maintaining real-time dashboards using SQL, BI platforms (Domo/Tableau), and embedded Google Sheets.
  • Ensuring compliance, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all reports and dashboards.
