Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented IT Specialist to support and optimize our operations through system maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting across various platforms. This role plays a crucial part in streamlining our tools and workflows that power our business—from e-commerce solutions to project management systems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and confident navigating modern software ecosystems. You'll work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and external developers to ensure smooth, scalable, and automated operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues (e.g., WooCommerce checkout bugs, plugin conflicts)
  2. Manage monthly updates for e-commerce platforms (core, theme, plugins)
  3. Maintain and update lightweight custom scripts (JavaScript, PHP)
  4. Build and manage workflow automations, with Zapier as a central tool
  5. Support and configure project management bases, views, automations, and permission settings
  6. Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and N8n
  7. Maintain syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and project management systems
  8. Provide technical support for Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) including access and permission issues
  9. Offer general technical assistance across teams and departments
  10. Document internal systems and help optimize workflows
  11. Align technical solutions with the needs of production and operations
  12. Create and refine task templates and internal workflow systems
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role
  • Proven experience managing and troubleshooting:
    • e-commerce platforms (plugin conflicts, site updates, light scripting)
    • project management systems (admin-level; base setup, permissions, automations)
    • Salesforce (basic admin tasks, data syncing, cleanup)
    • GSuite/Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets)
  • Strong expertise in Zapier is essential—this is a core tool in our automation stack
  • Experience with N8n is a plus—especially building workflows and working with its agent capabilities
  • Familiarity with scripting for automations (JavaScript, PHP, or similar)
  • Prior exposure to AI agents in automation tools (e.g., Zapier agents) is highly desirable
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Notion, Make, and Monday.com
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments in a remote-first environment
