Remote Sales Support Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across the globe, working closely with sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include project management, communication, organization, and time management.

  • Recommend ideas for improving organizational systems and processes.
  • Assist in designing and implementing systems within the department.
  • Type emails and correspondence as directed.
  • Prepare quotes, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for sales purposes.
  • Provide backup telephone answering and scheduling meetings.
  • Research and identify customer contact information via various sources.
  • Input and collate data into CRM software.
  • Liaise with current and prospective customers, maintaining an up-to-date contact database.

Requirements:

  • Proficient keyboarding/data entry skills.
  • Strong knowledge of company products and capabilities.
  • Capable in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
