Overview

Massive hiring for a talented Telco Billing Account Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a CSR, you will be the face of our client's brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to telecommunications customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, courteous, and efficient service
  • Accurately process customer account updates, billing inquiries, and service requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
  • No Experience Required
  • Billing & sales is a + factor
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
