Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future by inventing high-quality technologies and services that spark enthusiasm and enrich people's lives.

This role is responsible for providing and optimizing business processes for customers. With over 4,000 associates in Europe, Asia, and South America, it ranks among leading international providers of Business Process Outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Planning and Coordination
    • Arrange training venues, catering, and requirements.
    • Coordinate with trainers to plan training courses and resources.
    • Coordinate with resellers to plan training courses and resources.
    • Monitor and take training calls.
    • Reply to training email enquiries.
    • Coordinate with teams to package and ship training material.
    • Coordinate printing of training books and materials.
    • Order external materials, brochures, flyers, training programs.
  • LMS / TMS - Learning / Training Management System
    • Set up new LMS customers.
    • Create and maintain training course information in LMS.
    • Input participant and planning data into LMS.
    • Maintain individual Training calendars for Resellers, Trainers, and Bosch.
  • Admin and Financial
    • Raise training Purchase orders.
    • Raise invoices for sales and equipment repairs.
    • Raise invoices for Reseller sales and individual sales.
    • Reconcile EFTPOS payments and transactions.
    • Raise pricing requests to customer service department.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven curriculum design experience.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute within a team environment.
  • Confidence to challenge people and processes to drive better outcomes.
