Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to help medical professionals resolve software issues and provide support for secure, efficient, and compliant environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve problems via email and phone calls
  • Determine the root cause of portal, transport, and network issues with clients
  • Manage multiple client cases simultaneously and provide regular progress updates
  • Enter client-related information into our contact tracking database
  • Identify, replicate, and document software defects and client-requested product enhancements
  • Collaborate with team members to build Linux-based servers for deployment at client sites
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting Linux servers (Red Hat or CentOS Linux preferred)
  • Experience working with Windows and OS X operating systems
  • Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL and ability to write complex queries
  • Strong understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
  • Proficiency in shell scripting (BASH, Python)
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
