Platform Dynamics Manager

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and enhancing the Dynamics platform for clients. The position involves overseeing technical teams, leading solution architecture, ensuring best practices, and actively participating in presales engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training. Ensure skills and certifications align with industry standards and client needs.
- Technical and Solution Architecture: Define and guide the architectural vision to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across Dynamics solutions. Design tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with other platforms.
- Business and Technical Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives. Develop and maintain a roadmap for Dynamics capabilities and enhancements.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs. Present Experience Digital's Dynamics capabilities and act as a technical lead in presales activities.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences and events to strengthen its reputation within the Dynamics and broader tech communities.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest Dynamics updates, tools, and industry trends by attending training, certifications, and conferences.
- Experience: Extensive experience (8+ years) in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
