Procurement Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Intelligence Specialist to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will support the Operations Director in designing and running a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform, working closely with a passionate and distributed team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to engineer dynamic procurement models, turn live stakeholder data into decision-ready insights, and steward systems that keep our supply chain moving without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily.
  • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity.
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department.
  • Build and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making.
  • Stay ahead of tools and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably BSc Economics, or equivalent analytical experience.
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.
  • Advanced Excel modelling and data visualisation skills.
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Professional business British English communication skills.
