Customer Support Position

This role offers an 18-month fixed term opportunity to provide high-quality support to clients via Intercom and occasional phone conversations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling our support function, maintaining knowledge base resources, improving processes, and collaborating closely with teams across the business.

You will be responsible for collecting customer feedback, influencing the direction of the product, identifying issues and engaging with the development team, and developing and improving processes to scale support with the growing business.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team.

About the Role

Become an expert in all areas of Ignition and provide high-quality support to clients via Intercom and occasional phone conversations.

Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.

Developing and maintaining internal and customer-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles.

Working closely with Key Account Managers, Retention and Implementation, Marketing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Becoming knowledgeable in all aspects of the platform and providing top-notch client support through various channels.
  • Overseeing customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Creating and updating documentation to ensure seamless knowledge sharing between teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
