Key Responsibilities:- Conduct structured phone interview screenings with candidates
- Evaluate candidate responses and make pass/fail hiring decisions based on established criteria
- Record all candidate answers and decisions accurately in our system
- Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity in all candidate interactions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while on live calls
- Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week during regular business hours
