Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior accounting role where you will be responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures under US GAAP.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled accounting professional with a strong background in US-based or global organizations and cross-border collaboration. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in intercompany eliminations, proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.

The right candidate will also possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze large datasets accurately.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Maintaining various schedules supporting financial statements and disclosures.
  • Preparing reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany activities.
  • Reviewing standalone financial statements of subsidiaries to understand operations and ensure accurate disclosures.
  • Working extensively with ERP systems, building customized reports for data analysis and reconciliations.
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires exceptional technical accounting expertise, particularly in intercompany eliminations, as well as proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Candidates should also possess a strong background in US-based or global organizations and cross-border collaboration.

Additional qualifications include a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze large datasets accurately.
