Job Summary

We are seeking a Key Performance Manager to support our team in managing client accounts, executing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and implementation of initiatives.

The successful candidate will assist in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations, preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams.

About the Role

This role involves coordinating with clients, creatives, and teams to ensure deliverables are met, conducting market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments, and developing and implementing brand strategies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of strategy, marketing, and social media management, and good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field (agency experience preferred)

  • Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools is a plus
