We are looking for a talented Senior UI Designer to join our team.

About the Job

This role involves creating engaging, intuitive, and delightful online experiences that elevate our brand. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a critical role in crafting user interfaces that align flawlessly with our high standards of user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design System Development: Design and maintain our design system libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest components, tokens, UX and UI patterns, and meticulously documented.
  • Crafting Documentation: Create detailed documentation and straightforward guidelines to bridge designers and engineers, making it easy for them to incorporate our design components and patterns into their projects seamlessly.
  • User Interface Refining: Refine user interfaces to align flawlessly with our brand, bringing our high standards of user experience to life.
  • Design Improvement: Elevate our design game by pushing for continuous improvement to achieve the pinnacle of usability and visual appeal.
  • Tech Specifications: Capture and translate design into detailed technical specifications to ensure a smooth transition and understanding between design and development teams.
  • Design System Expansion: Grow our design system by tailoring it to new design needs and challenges as they arise.
  • User Journey Mapping: Map out the user journey through wireframes, site maps, and user flows to clarify and communicate design intentions and workflows.
  • Prototyping: Bring designs to life by creating interactive prototypes that validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback.
  • Design QA: Ensure perfection by scrutinizing the final products to guarantee they meet the highest standards of visual and functional excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: A solid track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showcasing your best UI design work and some projects you've knocked out of the park.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, or anything similar.
  • Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and the ability to add your own touch and make them better.
  • Prototyping: Ability to bring ideas to life with interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Documentation: Skill in mapping out ideas and drawing up wireframes, plotting site maps, and planning out user flows.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with developers and product managers to create something amazing.
  • Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for details and a passion for crafting flawless design solutions.
  • Additional Skills: Strong skills in motion animation and the ability to create engaging and delightful moments for users.
