Mid-Senior Level Design Position

We are seeking a talented mid-senior level designer to join our team. As a member of our design team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our digital products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and content strategists.

  • Translate strategy into design: Turn research insights and client business goals into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI assets that align with growth objectives.
  • Craft user-centered experiences: Apply design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility (AODA/WCAG compliance), and intuitive functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences for clients.
  • Prototype with precision: Build interactive prototypes that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys for client approval and development alignment.
  • Support product development: Work closely with front-end teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs, guiding implementation through launch.
