Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress themes.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, branding, and visual presentation to enhance the user experience.
About the Job

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in web and graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and customizing WordPress themes, creating visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns.
  • Ongoing tasks include optimizing graphics for performance, collaborating with content creators and developers on integrated designs, and enhancing user journey through layout and design improvements.
  • The role also involves supporting marketing-driven assets such as landing pages, banners, CTAs, and email templates, while maintaining consistent visual identity across all digital properties.
Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in web and graphic design
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
  • A background in web and graphic design with a proven portfolio
  • Skilled in translating marketing goals into effective design strategies
  • Clear and coherent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients
